Tea, this aromatic beverage, is one of my everyday essentials. I barely pass a day without sipping it, however bad the preparation is!
Oh ya.. Lazy day, stress over work, boredom.. Anything and everything.. It does give solution to every problem of mine.
Every family member of mine is a tea maniac. Benefit – I would not have to have to wait for somebody to ‘feel’ like having tea, if you are not in the mood to prepare, but feel like sipping one, for there would be somebody would definitely be in the same mood as me π
I want it simple, but well aerated, even if the preparation did not render it as expected (!!), with a frothy head, “bubbled” as I would generally call it π Believe me readers, it does add to the taste. My people just do not get the concept of pouring the tea from heights to create the bubbles. They just see it as a technique to cool down the beverage, and they want it burning-the-tongue hot. My sister and I, get into an argument on this, whenever she serves me without bubbles. And she would say, “I will ask my baby (my niece) to add the bubbles to your cup of tea, if you trouble me again asking for bubbles”. Oh people, you can never imagine how my niece would accomplish this. She had the habit of making saliva bubbles π Thankfully, I saved my cups whenever my niece was delegated with this task :P:P Oh, my niece is such a sweetheart XOXO
Happy tea-ing! Happy reading!!It is not just words, that a book, with a cup of tea and a good weather, gives elation. But something else also gives me delight. Lying in bed all day, seeing the roof, (when my eyes are not otherwise occupied with book or TV or my laptop) and doing nothing, just like I have been doing it for the past four days π and believe me, it is still not a good enough rest.. Hmphhh…
